Exterior Maintenance Request

If you need exterior maintenance or repair which is covered by the Creek's Edge Home Owners Association, you can request that by clicking the "Homeowner's Portal" button on this page.  You will be taken to the homeowner's portal of Community Partners website and you login and submit your request online. Once there you will need to create a separate login and password. Or you can simply email your request to Jessica Crump at jcrump@cpvamanagement.com.
