Thank you to those who virtually attended our May CE Board Meeting. We appreciate you joining and hope more of you will join us at our next meeting on Wednesday, July 24th at 5 pm AT THE CLUBHOUSE.

Recent neighborhood reminders and highlights:
- Exciting update on Eagle Construction: our new contact – Megan Phipps (Director of Sales) is highly focused on our community and she appreciates all the community support. As most are aware, we have now closed on 5 homes. The model home is the only one left for sale in the completed building. Eagle has started excavation for the next section, "Bldg X "– which is the last group of three-story homes (the existing foundations). These should settle with some in December and the remaining in January. The two end units in "Bldg X" are already under contract, which is a great start. The Yeatman Group will continue to support Eagle Construction in the sale of these homes. Remember, the model home is currently staffed every Saturday/Sunday from 1-4pm.
- Our second doggie waste station has been installed and is located just to the left of our community garage in that small patch of grass – near the street light post. Thanks to Mike McCabe for taking the lead!
- Installation of the new security gate was completed and it is now operational.
- The Clubhouse insurance/water damage project continues to move at a good pace. The remaining item to complete is the installation of the men's bathroom toilet. Items already completed are: new floors in main room, kitchen and storage closets; new urinal in men's room; replacement of tile in men's room; and removal of old water fountains in main room. We also plan to have the entire interior of the clubhouse painted and the exterior power washed. It will then be deep cleaned. We hope to have the clubhouse project fully completed by the end of July.
- Green Dream (our new landscaping company) has entered into a six month contract with Steve Middleton to cut the empty lots about every four weeks.
- Please remember to submit an ARC form when requesting additional landscaping or exterior changes, and please, no additional requests for any ground covering (ivy, etc). The ARC form can be found on our website or the new Community Partners homeowner portal. Instructions for use can be found in the recent email from the Covenants Committee.
- Thank you to the Social Committee for an awesome Summer Kickoff at our Pizza Party. Please join us at our next Thirsty Thursday on June 20th! It will be hosted by Cathy & Mark Wood and will have a "summer solstice" theme.
